Our rules at r/Assistance mean that we sometimes have to decline people in need of help. We can't make individual exceptions. How would you feel about these policies?

Scenario 1: A Reddit user is ineligible to post a request, but sends a mod mail explaining that they are at risk of eviction if they can't get help.

Scenario 2: A user posts a request asking for a high amount of assistance to avoid utilities being shut off, but they're reported because of a lot of indications they may not be truthful about their circumstances.

Scenario 3: A user constantly makes hurtful comments to people in need, telling them to "get a job" or questioning their motives.
